Where the Hell is Oroville?

Located on the northern border of Okanogan County, Washington, lies Oroville, a friendly town close to the Canadian border. It is surrounded by the eastern outskirts of the Cascade Mountains, giving it an Alpine feel. It also shares Lake Osoyoos with Canada. Probably the warmest lake in the State of Washington. Perfect for fishing and water sports. Initially founded as a mining settlement in the late 1850s, its main area of profit now is tourism and agriculture.
